The market has missunderstood Uran big time. In 2006 Uran signed a Protocol with the Ukraine government to commence work on 2 deposits. The market is of the view that the Protocol is just another MOU. In Ukraine, a Protocol is an AGREEMENT. Have a look at the language they use over there. The term Protocol is used to represent an agreement. The delays to commence work on the 2 deposits required the final sign off of ther FS to execute the Protocol. Then the political crisis began and 12 months later we are still waiting for the final sign off...

Its not a matter of if Uran will commence the FS but a matter of when.
