13.8% full takeover, page-2

It might be dated yesterday but its old news.

NMT put their 13.8% up for sale with Ganfeng and MIN having rights to the purchase at $96m.

It was always about getting Ganfeng to make a move. They did and the shareholders agreed to make the purchase.

HOWEVER it was a sale with a time limit. Ganfeng didn't move fast enough and at the end of the time limit, NMT removed the deal from the table. It did not and will not go through.

Since then a new pricing structure has been negotiated with the 13.8% worth far more than $96m. NMT are not prepared to sell at this time and look like they are going to hold as they prepare to split the company instead.
