The excerpt I posted looks fairly detailed even for a quarterly. I suspect it was lifted straight out of the FS as it stood when the quarterly came out. So I would assume progress is being made and they don't intend doing a last minute rushed job on the FS in the week before the deadline. I would not be surprised if the FS comes out next month.
