I read your couple of articles. it is better to be remain positive than negative. This keeps you stress free.
I do not trust small oil companies because oil exploration business is full of uncertainties and expensive. small oil companies do not have enough capital in reserve to support themselves in times of failures. They are largely dependent of their shareholders.
In NEN case, I would rather read between the lines and look at NEN announcement history. They would release information with an interval of couple of days when it is favourable.
When things are not good they go quiet for longer periods. I know NEN stated it would not consider capital raising but what other alternatives are on the table.
I will leave things up to you think on. However, I would not invest in stocks which are full of uncertainties without clear vision for the future.
