Sometimes people have just held a stock long enough and would rather seek other opportunities. Doesn't mean they don't think it has further room to run of course
NEU has become a much lower risk stock than it used to be, which means you're not gonna 10x your investment (most likely). Some people, especially in this space, enjoy a punt and would rather invest in riskier companies that can generate those higher returns as opposed to lower risk companies like NEU.
