A fair chunk is getting distributed straight out and they haven't accounted for it all. Also worth noting is that there are options for 7 million more shares at $0.30. Their FY19 revenue has stayed ~the same as FY18 (despite expenses going up ~50%) due to their large distributors having a full inventory when they went all out post hemp legalisation. Having said that revenue numbers are looking better for the second half of FY19.
