"The former landholder has no further opportunity of appeal as of right. The only possible avenue is for the former landholder to seek leave to appeal from the Supreme Court of Canada. However, it is considered to be extremely unlikely that such leave would be granted, as among other things this is not a matter of national importance and the former landholder’s claims have now been forcefully dismissed twice."
