"Cleve Higgins said an appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada will be the next step to save the family Christmas tree farm, which has been in the family for generations.
“The company will make out like they’re ready to begin development to attract investors, but we have time to take this to the Supreme Court,” Higgins said of the loss of the property."
