Surge I think its a case of Higgins making out he has got options. Its been dismissed twice now once by the Supreme Court and once by Nova Scotia Court of Appeal. He would have lost some serious dollars already in legal fees on this, not to mention the fact that the compensation will be based on the actual valuation of his shitty 8 acres (as set down in the vesting legislation) rather than the 300k the company had previously offered. Should have quit while he was ahead.
