well if we trade to 13-13.5 tomorrow, we could see a rapid change in sentiment.
given the actual sentiment towards CSG and a cloud of uncertainty hangs yet again over the industry, it might be a hard task but it is possible.
God knows DTE holders deserve a reversal of fortunes!
