Or even more sense for a O & G company with sufficient cash resources to build and develop the LNG project to buy HZN for say 200M - 250 MAUD with a 160 M Million AUD payment from Osaka still to come.
What a steal.
From memory the convertible notes will need to be paid out unless the SP gets above 0.43 AUD which is their minimum conversion price.
