Given the Pasminco were the original owners of Roseby and then when they changed their name to Oz minerals onsold their partial interest to a subsidiary of China Min Metals I doubt they would want to buy an interest back.
VCN needs to ringfence the kylylahti project out of any deal it has with universal IMHO better yet they should get out of their contract with Universal and suffer the 300K break fee.
