I think CB is aware of that - hence the unconditional offer and "accelerated" payment terms
that way the shares are lock stock and barrel
wait and see - but will need some very deep mainland chinese pockets
Looks like the Chinese are determined to not just get our REE but also our Au, Fe and whatever comes in handy - yet deny foreigners to operate at the same level in PRC - time to change to FIRB rules!!!!!
