Institutional support tends to go where there is a previous track record of success.
The big players who are involved in this story obviously believe that Mark Creasy can get the job done.
Unfortunately that alone does not guarantee success but it certainly attracts the interest of the bigger boys.
That gets the momentum started.
Right now SIR has that momentum.
But it's a dangerous game where people unfortunately will get scolded. For every winner there must be a loser.
