Yeah, because $3.15 was based on nothing other than this promise of future $138m revenue (not even Gross Profit, let alone EBITDA).

It was a significant acquisition for this company (due to how small they are at the moment), but did not warrant a trebling of the Share Price.

I'm still watching from the sidelines at the moment and am reading up heaps, trying to understand this company. May get in once I fully understand the risks I am taking.
