I always suspected that this company was set up to enrich the two senior directors. They have given themselves options, performance shares & options yet again. I have not seen any notice of exercise but there is more than one way to skin a cat. Believe me, I am a former Member of disallowed and think I have seen every trick in the trade. The one that alludes me is the Alpine Press "Stock Take" fire of some years back. GSW was a fabulous ride if you got in early enough as I did but now my nerves can stand no more and I am out. Just give me a steady performer such as A2Milk which has been my star stock of the decade! Good luck to those of you continuing to ride this disaster. What is wrong with disallowed Compliance Desk? Are they asleep at the wheel?
