Here's a thought - cause I'm still racking my brains about this 13 cents. What if there's a deal almost in place behind the scenes, and the 13 cents is an insurance line against some insider knowledge coming into play and driving the SP up? Just a theory, could be mad, but there's got to be an explanation for that 13 cent wall.
