Spot on praseo, and I'm sure they set out building the largest RE separation plant, and only ROW plant at the time, with the best knowledge & skill base that they could. Supposedly Rhodia lent some tech assist based on their own original knowledge plus their China experience.

From my perspective THE most important issue is that the LAMP does WORK, it separates Mt Weld concentrate currently into 25 approved saleable products with a similar numbers pending.

Ok, it's not doing it fast enough ATM but it does work. We've been told with relatively little capital cost the flow problems will be rectified by Q end, wait and see, but no amount of recrimination is going to achieve anything other than filling these pages and wasting everybody's time.

And that's the last I'm going to waste on it. If you're pissed at being underwater perhaps a little introspection would be more productive, worked for me.
