I’d have liked it to rally to 1.60 as well, as agree it’s an excellent buy in the 1.40s; the problem is Perpetual selling out month after month, thereby capping the share price. They seem to sell about 100,000 shares per day. The yield is excellent though, and I’ll keep topping up. It will be interesting to see what it does next week heading into it going ex-div. I’m predicting a close the day before ex-div date of 1.49c.
