In both cases - the buying and the selling - so what?
In my opinion looking at every above average purchase or sale is the way to be made punch drunk and confused by the market - and when it is a sale then afraid of the unknown -afraid that something bad is about to be announced.
Remember all the fear here when a Director sold 30 million shares at less than 8 cents in March?
