Could be a director selling. Are they not restricted from what they can sell within two weeks of an announcement? If he needs the cash, and knows a good ann. or two is on the way, he'd have to sell now to avoid being locked out, or insider trading or both.
Anyway, it seems to have ridden the storm out pretty well.
