    Of course it's bloody good value...60 cents to buy $1.05 in bricks and mortar NTA in an industry that will surge as more of the baby boomers enter the retirement phase of their lives....and paying an annual fully tax deferred 14% divvy in quarterly payments.

    It's Santa time but most of the boys and girls are fast asleep!

    If I didn't already have my quota (and at a higher price than 60 cents I might add, but still I'm comfortable with my position) I'd be buyng with my ears pinned back.

    Yesterdays announcement removed the only cloud I believe which hung over this stock and that was the cronyism of the major shareholder and his private companies having their noses in the PTN trough.
