It certainly is, though I would colour the NTA of $1.05 by saying that it hasn't been valued recently (and it hasn't been a friendly few months for real estate). That being said, I certainly feel the NTA is solid and the dividend yields are more than enough to justify buying (or holding in my case). Lets see what it can do =]
