Revals were done for the last set of half yearly figures (Dec 31) plus subsequent, PTN are reporting receiving higher prices for their Qld stock.
Industry wide the retirement sector are not reporting softness in prices and that's from their official monthly industry mag.
Plus I check the rivals (FKP and BBC and AVE)..they seem comfortable with their lot though absolutely bewildered as to why they have been so punished by the market.
But, PTN is the standout...now that there have been changes to the structure and with a director moving on.
I feel comfortable with the $1.05 NTA and if there was any fall it would only be very marginal.
