Yep something is up (in addition to volume). Maybe our UK friends are on the money?? At this stage I think we are probably a bit short of 13500 so the train shouldn't be leaving the station just yet. But you never know maybe they have managed to pick up the pace - again this seems unlikely given the bad weather. Arggh back on the sidelines awaiting the official announcement and not trying to second guess.
