Good article today in AFR talking about high dividend yield companies. Listed NHC with a 20% yield in fy2010 due to the special div in November, which was the highest yield in the feature. Hopefully will attract some late new entrants over the coming months chasing a great return over the coming months.
As SOL owns 60% of NHC will get majority of dividend and SOL currently trading at mkt cap of NHC alone not taking into account BKW 50% holding and the rest of its stakes in companies. Its the best buy on the market at current prices. Do the maths......
