i doubt whether anyone on hc has better info than RAB
RAB exists to maximise profits so in the absence of points 1&2 being valid then what might their selling motivation be and once we know/infer this we might be in a position to judge when the selling might stop - we know they sold as low as 54cents on 27/11 - will they sell lower?
if they are re-balancing into other areas i would like to know where? maybe yellowcake?
