i think a few people on this thread need to take a step back/buy some TA books/learn to trade short term if they are going to continually write about things that amaze/mistify them.

For a start i know bugger all...lol

Not trying to have a go at anyone but a little knowledge will make your bank account look a lot better

The stock is still up 50% for the month, again 50% for the month.

Heres how it works, insiders buy the drill core results/rumours this makes the stock break 35c at the start of the month. this makes traders buy, insiders keep buying. The stock goes up 100% for the month ( the RSI hits 87 which is unsustainable), results are released, newbies/very short term traders buy the news and the insiders and long termers take the profit. The price goes down stop losses get hit/ people start to worry, more stops get hit. morons come out of the woodwork saying its going down .

the stock keeps falling until it finds support ( i make it 47c then 39c then 33c). At some point the buyers outweigh the sellers ( could be more news), a reversal occurs and the stock bounces, short term traders reenter.
