The big impacting force with this one is the RAB sell-off. They have sold over 8m shares the past 6 weeks, which is most of the selling volume. They began selling prior to the drill results at 30c, so my view is this is a Fund which makes strange decisions based simply on short term gain. Virtually no promotion of the stock, therefore not many new buyers. But for them selling, this would be 70c, maybe higher, no problems, imho.
What you say is probably correct in normal circumstances.
