Well one director buying and one CEO selling. Similar share volumes for each. Yes, Phil has many shares and more deferred shares, so selling 1140 shares is less than 10% of his holding. I encourage him or some others to sell, so I can buy at cheaper prices. Anyway, someone was doing bigger trades a week prior, with almost 8000 shares being exchanged in one day so it will interesting to find out who was responsible for that.
