Agree they are finally making the tough calls but it does not excuse the fact they have done this about 2 years too late. Get rid of the loss making business....well done genius.
Not sure if getting rid of management at this vital stage is a good call but would like to see some pretty high benchmarks for them to achieve before any mention of bonuses. We've got to get some cash back on the SP before they even dream of anything else.
At least there is some action...finally.
