I have read the EGM documents one more time.
Apparently one of the current directors is going to end up with 2.2% of fully diluted issued capital at around 1.30pm Perth time when the EGM should have finished (provided he converts of course).
In the words of the great Marlon Brando (GF2) "One man with a suitcase can steal more than a hundred men with guns".
Not alledging theft, rather unconscionable conduct.
