"We will need to closely manage cash flows to ensure we can continue the build of the two TESS devices and prepare the Company for expected further commercial installations soon after the IPO closes. "

The bad news is they need money. The good stuff is that they have prospects post IPO for the SP to hold/jump. Back to the bad news:- they are not sure of completing the two TESS 'sales' without additional funding. A worry given the recent CR when you'd think that had been taken care of.
