The float is not so much it needs cash as a liquidity issue for shareholders. I’m one of those shareholders and 1414 have been promising to list for a while now so we can maximise our ability to move.
They have not had any issue raising money through existing shareholders, at the moment most of us do not get a look in as to additional shares as the company has key investors willing to keep buying more.
