IF this is true, and they can commercialise their technology at these levels, it has the potential to change the world forever.
Someone will do it, but there are announcements like these every week and they all disappear. I hope they're on to something, and the articles appear promising (they seem to be well ahead of many other of these technologies) plus the concept is relatively simple.
