The minimum new share price needs to be 20c, any ratio above that makes each incremental move (0.5c) lower in % terms, than the current 4%+. Of course, the higher the ratio, then the less liquidity you then have. All academic really, but my point is we should have proceeded with the May 30-June 24 halt as per the original timetable. All easy in hindsight of course.
