    29101971,

As a matter of interest how would the relevant authorities (ASX and ASIC) be able to regulate movement in a director's chess holding and for that matter an issuer sponsored holding?

Is there a data matching process between ASIC, ASX and share registries? Don't think so.

I'm not suggesting anything here other than how can a shareholder of any company be so sure that a director(s) are reporting movements in their holdings. What measures are currently in place so that any movements in directors' shareholdings (whether that be intra day, daily, weekly or whatever) are monitored?

I have asked this question to ASX and ASIC and you would not believe the answer I received. I invite anyone to do the same and see what comes back.

I will be very interested in the reply you get.

    :)
    Nic
