leading standard in accountability The company history reflects the quality of the management – costs over-run on factory construction, expanding factory capacity and staff numbers without achieving sales, spiralling executives remunerations, failure to inform market of relevant price sensitive information before the closure of the SPP (and subsequent pathetic explanation to the ASX justifying the failure!) and now sacking staff that were employed not so long ago!!
What is the amount of salary (from the sacked staff) compared to the increases in the executives remunerations not so long ago? The company must be practising mind-boggling standards of executive accountability and corporate governance!! When will the staffs responsible for the company poor performance be sacked or will the board increase their remunerations?
