    I'm not sure that the insto selling is right. The volumes down here are very low and appear to break the market on low volume trades....more like retail investors getting shot of the stock. I could be wrong but just thinking about what I commented on earlier, it just doesn't make sense to sell CUS at these levels when they have got substantial revenue coming through right now regardless of ATM reforms.
