just re read that notice and the HKEX listing division have decided there were multiple breaches of rules and that transparancy issues needed to be dealt with. Their punishment appears to be to issue a public statement critisising the corporate governance of these three gentlemen and for not acting in the best interest of their shareholders. This HAS to be a pre cursor to a board spill which by placing as much pressure on the old Fintronics board to fold as possible.
