Have also just checked the 4 year chart. 13-13.5 is definitely the long term resistance/support.

March 16 '05 - April 4 '05 ranging 13-13.5
Aug 10-16 '05 ranging 13-13.5

It had three attempts at breaking through over a period of nine months before finally cracking it on Monday Sep 5 '05 on good volume. That's a very strong resistance/support.

I'd genuinely hate to see it breach 13, but if it does I'll be taking full advantage of the opportunity. One thing's for sure, I hope - Customer's isn't going broke, their stars just aren't in alignment right now. The time will come...
