The small caps sector 14D is in with a whole bunch of similar stocks should all rise with an incoming tide hopefully.

The Dow hit a record high again last week and so has the Nasdac and other major indexes, its just a matter of time before the tide starts rolling in to Australian Stocks and Asian stocks in general.

So all this plus with 14D being below its IPO price means hardly any of those holders will want to be a seller under 35c. In Fact most would want at least 10% to 20% gain on 35c before they consider selling, but most would be waiting for 100% gain or more and thats 70c.

So I think there is alot more upside than downside, plus I think 14D is overdue for some nice green up days.
