I personally doubt Shorters can stop this from rising, they simply do not have the volume needed.
It has been Substantial holders dumping massive volumes that have pushed it this low, they will have the tail end to sell, but even that may not hold the price back against buyers at this point..
Their is strong accumulation at this level soaking up the remaining shares for sale from AMP's exit.
