What decision will Standard Chartered Private Equity PTE LTD (SCPE) make in regards to their Convertible Notes. (US$50m) ?
The maturity date was extended from the 14th May to the 14th August 2018.
My guess is that they will have negotiated a $$ amount or number of shares to suit both parties.
EWC seem to be employing a number of personal for their Manila office at present, and that can only mean good news.
Yearly report out at the end of this month, with hopefully good news on all projects and finances.
