14th august

I am relatively new to this, so forgive my silly question.

Please correct me if I am wrong.
On 14th August, X number of companies will submit their bid to MEO for the farm in. Then MOE will have to study those proposals, maybe have some negotiations to get the best deal and then make the decision. This decision will not be on the 14th August - right?

If this is the case, we will not have any announcement on the 14th August - am I right?

Also, what difference does it make who the farm in partner will be? MEO for sure will try to get the best deal possible.

Could it be, that having said the above, a farm in is more or less confirmed having so many interested companies and is already priced in the current SP?

Sure, once Artemis is drilled and Gas confirmed, the SP will be much more. But this is not happening until sometime in 2010.
