I would expect it to be likely that Cuadrilla signs up for extension of current acreage. On basis of having the best existing infrastructure of any other bidder (own tracking equipment, own rig, experience with the process and Environmental Assessment etc.) + the moral high ground of pulling through to develop this industry, they will also get rewarded new licenses.

Another advantage they have, is the 'best' understanding of the geology. Seismic survey and drilling samples have built a database no other company has to date.

So, all good. Will all contribute to higher intrinsic value of Cuadrilla and hence AJL.
