Once native title is awarded it works like this:

1. The Djungan have to form a PBC (prescribed body corporate) within 3 months.

2. The Djungan PBC is then the legal entity that can facilitate mining in the area.

3. MNM can enter into what are known as 'future act discussions' with the Djungan PBC under the Native Title Act.

Which means that we can do a deal with the Djungan and go mining, and no power on the planet can stop us...

With both Legal and Native Title over the Mt M tenements the Djungan now have total control over the future development of MT M.
