    It probably would be some win for shareholders, IF the 72 mill deal really goes through.

    BUT just to mention a few doubts.

    Do they really have 11 m ounces of gold ??? Very doubtful.
    Will they ever mine 300 000 ounce a year? Extremely doubtful.
    Cost of production at $600/ounce is plain laughable.
