    15 000 000 000 in mine is great ., but not so great if it cost 25 000 000 000 to get it it out. Cold hard evidence so far by anyone willing to do comprehensive due diligence will find that CTO has bled money and failed to deliver on all production targets in the last 9 years. .imo One has to wonder what due diligence KIG have done.
