    I beg to differ, I thought the same when they announced Citigold "Successfully "raises $100 million in April 2013 and the SP was 5.7c, who would have thought it could drop to 1.3c in just over 1 year !! The definition of Successfully is different in my dictionary, regardless of events that occurred after the announcement. However they did manage to get the first $10mill payment to keep them going till the next deal.
